Justin Billups is the Founder and Principal of Elevate Consultants, an environmental consulting firm serving clients throughout New York and New Jersey. As a NYC DEP Certified Asbestos Investigator, he specializes in asbestos investigations, ACP-5 compliance, lead-based paint assessments, mold evaluations, and environmental due diligence.
Justin partners with property owners, architects, engineers, contractors, expediters, and property managers to navigate complex environmental regulations with confidence. Known for his technical expertise, responsiveness, and commitment to regulatory excellence, he helps clients keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining full compliance.
